Due to the current environment, we have had to make some major adaptations to our current practice and business model to ensure we and the public are safe.
As of Monday 23rd March we are moving to a working from home model for our staff and it is with regret that we will be closing our facilities at Clayhill until further notice.
We have also made the decision to cancel all courses up to September, along with all private bookings, which is something we really do not want to do but believe the risk of putting these on, combined with the lack of demand during these uncertain times it is really not worth us pursuing.
We are currently in negotiations with our course tutors to see what we can do to provide an online version of the course material which we can host on our website, or through a third party, which we be offering for free (our tutors and artists will still be getting paid).
We recognise that a lot of people are having to work in self isolation at the moment and we feel we could offer resources and tutorials that respond to the needs of creative professionals working in this environment. We will be sharing details of these resources as and when we develop them on our website, you will have access to these resources first as our subscribers.
These are very difficult and challenging times but we feel we are in a robust position to weather this storm and can make adaptations that respond to the needs of our customers and the arts community, we just need to think a little creatively as to how to do this over the coming months.
