Position: Operations & Hospitality Co-ordinator, Full Time
Clayhill Arts is looking to appoint an Operations and Hospitality Co-ordinator to take responsibility of the daily operation of our buildings and accommodation. From identifying what is needed to ensure the successful running of our courses, to co-ordinating accommodation bookings and responding to emails and phone enquiries; this role requires the right candidate to be flexible, reliable and a good communicator. You will be preparing guests rooms, managing laundry supplies, welcoming customers and supporting cleaning staff; so you’ll need to be someone who is happy interacting with the general public, whilst being part of a small and friendly team. You will have an eye for detail and take pride in your work, be self-motivated, organised and have excellent time keeping.
Having an interest or active role in the arts, previous experience working within a hospitality environment and being someone with a bright personality are key in our application of the right person. The position is full time and 5 days a week with a starting salary of £21,000 p.a. We are based in a rural location, so being able to drive and enjoy the countryside is necessary.
Deadline is Friday 26th July at 5pm
